The SMS Card website is an excellent working example of this. SMS Card approached Octal to develop an online system to store business card information, include a mechanism to deliver this directly into caller's mobile phone memory, and incorporate an intelligent call routing system that allowed the user control over how they received their calls. The system successfully integrated IVR technology, web development and SMS communication.
